Call for Submissions

Abstract Submission

Every accepted submission receives a citable DOI. The call prioritises Tech-to-Market and AI-Driven Sustainability themes, with a particular welcome for work from the Global South and the startup ecosystem.

Every accepted poster is assigned a unique DOI, giving researchers immediate, citable recognition. All presentations are evaluated by three independent experts, upholding rigorous academic standards. Proceedings carry both ISBN and ISSN, are indexed on Google Scholar and permanently archived on Zenodo. A volunteer team of 120 researchers and practitioners from universities and startups worldwide provides subtitles for non-native speakers and full technical support. Each participant receives a Digital Certificate of Participation with blockchain verification, a lasting and tamper-proof record of scholarly contribution. The conference follows EU Metadata Policies and Standards, ensuring long-term discoverability and alignment with open-science frameworks.

📄 Digital Posters

A0 landscape format. Ideal for PhD research and startup tech-previews, and the preferred format for participants submitting from conflict-affected regions.

🎬 Video Presentations

10–15 minute MP4 files in English, French or Spanish. Best for early-career academics and innovators showcasing AI in applied settings.

⚡ Rapid Innovation Reports

Concise, structured reports on novel biotech or AI findings, reviewed by the editorial team and archived in the conference proceedings.

🎤 5-Minute Pitch

Fast-paced demo slots for startups and researchers, designed for immediate peer feedback via the asynchronous Q&A forum.

Governance

Scientific & Organising Committees

Two distinct governing bodies uphold the academic quality and logistical integrity of the conference at every stage.

The Scientific Committee upholds the intellectual integrity of the programme. Its members define the thematic scope, oversee peer review and ensure outputs align with EU evidence standards on agricultural biotechnology. Every submission is evaluated by three independent reviewers drawn from the Committee's wider network.

Conference Organizers

The Scientiae-Naturalis Conference is convened by an international consortium of universities, research institutions, startups and scientific professional organisations committed to open, evidence-based dialogue on Veterinary. The program focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of veterinary professionals in providing compassionate life care for pet companion. As a Satellite Event of the APHIS & WOAH, the conference operates under EU metadata and open-science standards, and its scientific outputs contribute directly to the EU statement and call for evidence on biotechnology.

The organising infrastructure rests on a distributed volunteer model. A team of 120 researchers and practitioners from universities and startups across the Global South handles peer review, technical coordination and editorial support — including subtitles for non-native speakers and blockchain-verified Digital Certificates of Participation.

Twelve scholarships are reserved for participants from Low-Income Countries and the Global South, reflecting the conference's commitment to inclusive scientific participation, particularly for researchers in regions affected by food insecurity and armed conflict.
