Two distinct governing bodies uphold the academic quality and logistical integrity of the conference at every stage.
The Scientiae-Naturalis Conference is convened by an international consortium of universities, research institutions, startups and scientific professional organisations committed to open, evidence-based dialogue on Veterinary. The program focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of veterinary professionals in providing compassionate life care for pet companion. As a Satellite Event of the APHIS & WOAH, the conference operates under EU metadata and open-science standards, and its scientific outputs contribute directly to the EU statement and call for evidence on biotechnology.
The organising infrastructure rests on a distributed volunteer model. A team of 120 researchers and practitioners from universities and startups across the Global South handles peer review, technical coordination and editorial support — including subtitles for non-native speakers and blockchain-verified Digital Certificates of Participation.
Twelve scholarships are reserved for participants from Low-Income Countries and the Global South, reflecting the conference's commitment to inclusive scientific participation, particularly for researchers in regions affected by food insecurity and armed conflict.
